The free plan does not require any payment or subscription, so there is no refund available.
The Professional and Agency plans are subscription-based and are charged on a monthly basis. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may cancel at any time, but you will not be eligible for a refund for the current month.
If you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next month, and your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for the current billing cycle.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription date. We will review your request and determine whether you are eligible for a refund based on your usage of our services during that period.
If you have used our services extensively during the initial 7-day period, we may determine that you are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to make this determination on a case-by-case basis.
